Please Note: If You Pay Your Fees By Credit Card And Attempt To Take Back Your Entry Fees, You Will Not Win, Even If Using American Express. This Has Been Tried Once Before By A Contestant Who Won A Supreme Title, And Did Not Want To Pay?!?. Please Don't Put Yourself, Or Us, In This Position.

1b. Deposits: If You Pay A Deposit To Us, And If The Pageant is Re-scheduled For Any Reason, We Refund Your Money ASAP. We Do Not Ever Keep Your Money, If There Is A Date Change.

But, If You Pay A Deposit, And Are Unable To Attend Due To The Contestant Being Sick, We Roll It Over To The Next Pageant. If You Cancel For Any Other Reason, You Forfeit Your Deposit.

2. Good Sportsmanship: Good Sportsmanship Is Required At All Events. This Policy Is Strictly Enforced. We Have Had Our Share Of Embarrassing Bashing and Disgusting Lies. And We Disagree With Anyone, Including Contestants or Other Directors Who Participate In Bashing. This Is A Positive Pageant System Experience. Please Don't Enter Our Pageants, Win Our Cash, Custom Crowns, Grand Supreme & Other Pageant Titles, Then Bash Us To Others. Like Many Other Directors, We Do Not Deserve To Be Dis-Respected or Bashed By Offering Awards Of High Amounts of Cash On Stage & Custom Crowns & Prizes To Contestants.

We Are Very Good People, Who Appreciate Our Contestants And Love Holding Pageants For Everyone. We Do Not Deserve To Be Bashed Or Boycotted Due To Bashing, And We Speak Out Against All Bashing & Internet Pageant Hazing.

Every Contestant Has The Right To A Fair, Equal Opportunity Chance To Win Grand & Supreme Titles Determined By Indepedent Judges With No Favortisim, COI, Or Promises.

Nothing Occurs At Our Pageants That Warrants Irrational or Angry Behavior. There Have Been Very Few Incidents or Complaints At Our Pageants Over The Last 8 Years. But Due To Some Of The Ridiculous, And Embarrassing Angry Outburst From Very Few Individuals In Front of Children, Contestants, Staff & Guests, And Engaging In Bashing Posted On Message Boards, Please Note Before You Enter:

"No Poor or Bad Sportsmanship Will Be Tolerated".

Any Person, Including Guests, Winners or Contestants Heard Bashing, or Who Causes A Disturbance, Will be Asked To Leave. Contestants & Winners, (Or Parents Of) Will Be Disqualifed, And Will Be Asked, and Required Legally, To Return All Cash, Prizes, Crowns & Awards With No Refund. If You Are Coming To Bash At The Request Of Another Director, Or To Cause Trouble, Please, Stay Home or Go Elsewhere. If You Break This Rule, We Will Pass Your Name On To Other Directors & Vendors To Ensure The Safety of Others.

The Director & Staff Of This System, Do Not Bash And Do NOT Particpate In Any Bash Boards or Gossip With Any Other Contestants, Vendors or Directors. Anyone Who States Otherwise, Is Very Dishonest And Untruthful. However, We Will Defend Our Pageants & Our Staff When Called Upon To Do So.

If You Are Unhappy After The Event, You May Call or Send An Email To Address Your Concern. However, We Do Not Respond To Threats, Ugly Or Nasty Emails Or Phone Calls. As Stated, Most ALL Of Our Previous Winners Have Been Very Happy Over The Years And Come Back Often. It Is Sad That Many Directors Have To Address This Issue. Some People Are Never Happy, May Be Jealous, or Hold Grudges Against Others. This Is Beyond Our Control. Our Main Objective Is To Concentrate On The Happiness Of Our Contestants & Winners!

3. Judges: Pageant Outcomes Are At The Hands of The Judges And Their Professional Opinions On The Day of The Event. All Pageants Are Judged Fair By The Very Best & Most Qualifed Judges. All of Our Contestants Are Winnners. If You Don't Win The Title You Were Hoping For, Come Back And Try Again On A Different Day With Different Judges.Read Your Paperwork And Entry Forms, And Ask All Questions Before The Pageant. No Questions Will Be Addressed At Crowning. This Is Not The Time. Crowning Is A Celebration.
